Yes. You have 30 days from the bet settlement or payout rejection to raise a dispute. Submit it via in-account support and we'll investigate within 48 hours, providing a written ruling.

Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000 via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS. Maximum daily withdrawal is Rp 50,000,000 per account. These limits are in our Terms and apply to all players.

Your remaining balance is returned to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your account becomes inactive immediately. Reactivation requires us to verify your identity again.
